Text-message terms

These terms cover the text messages that Gallery 611 LLC, doing business as Gallery 611 Events ("Gallery 611", "we", "us"), sends from the Gallery 611 Events venue at 611 E Main St, Suite 111, East Dundee, IL 60118. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

What we send

We will send text messages in the two cases below once our texting registration is approved; until then we send none. If you call us and we miss your call, we may send a short text reply to the number you called from, asking for your event date and guest count. If you separately agree to receive texts, we may also text you about your inquiry and your event, including confirmations, replies to your questions and reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

How you opt in

The inquiry form on our website, gallery611.com, has no text-message opt-in yet. We send no text messages until a separate text-message box, never ticked for you, is added to that form and our text-message registration with the phone carriers is approved. Our forms on Facebook and Instagram do not sign you up for texts. Giving us a phone number, on our website or on Facebook or Instagram, does not by itself enroll you in text messages; you must separately agree to receive them. Consent is optional and is never a condition of booking or hiring the venue. You must be 18 or older to enroll in the Gallery 611 text-message program.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies, and we send no more than 3 messages a week. Message and data rates may apply, both for messages we send you and for messages you send us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to stop, and how to get help

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to the number that texted you. You will get one confirmation message, and after that we send nothing further. To rejoin, reply START, or opt in again the way you did the first time. Reply HELP for help, or email cs@gallery611.com or call 847-973-6113.

Carriers

The program works with all major United States wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We keep a timestamped record of every opt-in and every opt-out, and we handle text messages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CTIA guidelines. See our Privacy Policy.
