Gallery 611 LLC ("Gallery 611", "we", "us") operates the Gallery 611 Events venue at 611 E Main St, Suite 111, East Dundee, IL 60118, and the website gallery611.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you ask about the venue, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your event such as the date, occasion, and number of guests. If you contact us through a form on Facebook or Instagram, that platform sends us the information you submitted. Our website may use standard analytics and advertising tools that collect technical information such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location, through cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, check availability, arrange a visit, and manage your booking. We may also use it to improve our website and to measure our advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the venue's website, email, phone and messaging, customer records, and advertising, and only for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

Gallery 611 LLC, doing business as Gallery 611 Events, will send text messages in two cases once its texting registration is approved; until then it sends none. If you call us and we miss your call, we may send a short text reply to the number you called from, asking for your event date and guest count. If you separately agree to receive texts, we may also text you about your inquiry and your event, including confirmations, replies to your questions and reminders. The inquiry form on our website, gallery611.com, has no text-message opt-in yet. We send no text messages until a separate text-message box, never ticked for you, is added to that form and our text-message registration with the phone carriers is approved. Our forms on Facebook and Instagram do not sign you up for texts. Giving us a phone number, on our website or on Facebook or Instagram, does not by itself enroll you in text messages. Consent is optional and is never a condition of booking or hiring the venue. You must be 18 or older to enroll in the Gallery 611 text-message program. We keep a timestamped record of every opt-in and every opt-out, and we handle text messages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CTIA guidelines.

Message frequency varies, and we send no more than 3 messages a week. Message and data rates may apply, both for messages we send you and for messages you send us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. You can stop at any time: reply STOP to the number that texted you. You will get one confirmation message, and after that we send nothing further. To rejoin, reply START, or opt in again the way you did the first time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell mobile numbers or text-message consent. Service providers, including LeadConnector (HighLevel) and phone carriers, process only the information needed to deliver the messages you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing cs@gallery611.com. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
